We have many types of steel sheets in different thickness according to Customer's need; Also colored American style sheets are available. These sheets are mostly use in banquet marriage hall and also for the cladding purpose and we can provide to the customer in every length and width, so please contact us for detail.

COLOURED GI SHEETS

We provide prime quality coloured sheets in American Type Corrugation. We are the stockist of GI Sheets, We have colour sheets in Stock from 0.15 mm to 0.90 mm. Colour of these Sheets are Polyester which is Corrosion free and heavy UV resistance. Also the quantity of galvanize is 50 gm/sq m.

Color Coated Specification : EN 10169, Equivalent of ASTM A-755 and JIS G 3312

Base Material : Galvanized Steel: as per ASTM A-653/JIS G 3302/EN 10327

Color Type : Polyester Color and Polyamide Systemin combination with high build primers used on materials exposed to a corrosive environment as it is oxidation resistant, UV durable and has improved scratch resistance.

Painting : Nippon, KCC, AkzoNobel, etc.

Painting Coating : Top 15 to 25 Um (5Um+12-20Um) back 7±2um Back side coating colour = light grey or white

GALVANIZATION & THICKNESS (MICRONS)

Galvanize Quantity : 50 gm per square meter

Total Coating Thickness : 30 - 100 micron (including metallic coat, top, back & primer)

Finishes : Smooth, Matt, High Gloss
